We
analyze job description to summarize the dimensions that support
the candidates achieving company objectives, and to adjust
with company culture. Psychological profile is described in
psychological resume by integrating the result of interview
and paper and pencil test. Comparing with job spesification,
we give you conclution (Recommended / Recommended with reservation
/ Not recommended) based on it. We also describe the suggestion
to develop the candidates in giving satisfactory performance.
For supervisory
and managerial level, we also use psychological test and interview
that give us more information about candidate' leadership
skill. Moreover, group dynamics is needed to observe candidate'
managerial skill in actual situation. This assessment is only
for managerial level. |

aspects that described are intellectual aspect included analytical
thinking and numerical reasoning, working style such as tactfulness,
accurateness and work pace, personality aspect such as maturation,
interpersonal skill, team work and initiative. We also descreibe
leadership skill for supervisory level.
